Dissemination of Corporate Communications

In line with the new Rule 2.07A¹ of the Rules (the “Listing Rules”) Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) and the articles of association of Legend Upstar Holdings Limited (the “Company”), the Company aims to disseminate corporate communications² (the “Corporate Communications”) to its Shareholders³ electronically including by making available on its website (www.legendupstarholdings.com) and the Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). 

Shareholders who wish to receive a printed version of any Corporate Communications may request the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited, in writing by post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong or by email to 459-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com.  All printed version of such Corporate Communications will be provided free of charge.

The Company will update its arrangement for dissemination to reflect its current practice from time to time and provide further details as and when appropriate in compliance with the Listing Rules.

Notes: 

1. To take effect from 31 December 2023.
2. Corporate Communications include any document(s) to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of any of its securities or the investing public, including but not limited to (a) the directors’ report and its annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors’ report and, where applicable, its summary financial report; (b) the interim report and, where applicable, its summary interim report; (c) the quarterly report, if any; (d) a notice of meeting; (e) a listing document; (f) a circular; and (g) a proxy form.
